Want to live a life that isn’t preoccupied with counting calories, measuring portion sizes, and rigid exercise routines?

Fueled. Fit. Balanced.

A 12-week program for active females ready to uncomplicate their relationship with food and resolve health issues with customized nutrition coaching & counseling.

Say goodbye to dieting and food rules once and for all - it’s time to discover the peace with food, exercise, and your body that you deserve.

The rest of your life is a long time to let calories, workouts, and your weight dominate your thoughts and actions.

It’s also not fun to deal with fatigue and abnormal periods or poor digestion (hello, gas and bloating).

It’s also not fun to deal with fatigue and abnormal periods or poor digestion (hello, gas and bloating).

Let’s just be clear that it’s not your fault, though.
Between past experiences with food and your body, podcasts & social media, the Google rabbit hole, and constantly changing diet trends,

It’s also not fun to deal with fatigue and abnormal periods or poor digestion (hello, gas and bloating).

Should I eat high protein, low carb, or high fat?
Plant-based or meat?
What’s the best pre-workout meal option?
I really want that brownie, but sugar won’t help me lose body fat.
Intuitive eating shouldn’t be this hard to do, right?
Today’s a rest day from the gym, so I have to eat fewer calories.

What happened to the days when you didn’t think twice about what you ate?
You don’t even remember the last time you had your favorite foods without feeling a heavy dose of guilt layered on top.

Somewhere along the way, you gained a sort of identity & attachment to exercising and food. You wonder if you could ever get back to the point where pizza doesn’t give you anxiety, meals aren’t based on how active you were that day, and you trust yourself to eat what your body needs to function at its best.

But here’s the thing:
An unhealthy relationship with food won’t fix itself, and continuing to dig yourself in a hole with “research” won’t give you the answers either.

And I think we can both agree that if you’re stressed out, feeling crummy, and not seeing results anymore anyway (not to mention backfiring entirely with health issues)...
what’s the point in continuing like this?

Research has shown that as high as 50% of active women and athletes are at risk for not meeting their nutritional needs.

First of all, you’re not alone in this struggle:

And what’s worse?

Not only does this create food confusion and stress, but inadequate nutrition, related to disordered eating or not, can leave women at risk for developing long-term health issues with hormones, or bone, autoimmune, and cardiovascular conditions.

Now, this isn’t to scare you, but to inform so that you can choose to learn to fuel your body better and live the fullest, healthiest life you possibly can.

This risk increases the more active you are.

The stakes are high for your long-term health, and you deserve to live and train at your highest potential, experience full relationships, and regain a sense of who you are away from food & exercise.

And that is exactly why I created the Fueled. Fit. Balanced Program to help active women like you ditch the diet overwhelm and achieve complete confidence in fueling your body.

This program gave me a clearer, and healthier perspective on food — shifting my perspective from false information I have heard or read in the past. It is also helpful how you are willing to help me overcome certain fear foods together, rather than making me do it alone — I really appreciate and love that. Keeping in contact through messages is also a big plus, because I know you are always there if I have any questions or need anything — rather than waiting for the following session. Basically, everything is just perfect and I wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you for everything that you do.

I really loved how personalized this program was to my needs. I enjoyed working on things outside of just food related stuff, like body image, increasing my energy/focus, and my mindset around exercise to help re-train the way that I think or feel about my life.

Nutrition can be easier and food less scary if you (1) get educated and (2) have a champion who has more confidence in you than you do! This program gave me the wellness “therapist” I needed - a listening ear, a coach who gently pushes me, and an expert who checks my assumptions and negative thinking.

Lexi is an amazing resource to heal attachments to food and exercise. This program was so helpful in my journey to healing my disordered eating. I’m so grateful I signed up!

Lexi is amazing!!!!!!!!!! She is so kind, intelligent, straightforward, and actually HELPS. Lexi is open to what you would like to accomplish and tailors this program based on what your goals/needs are. Lexi broke things down for me in a way that changed my outlook on certain nutritional concepts as a female athlete. Not only do I feel more energized, but I’m finally able to get a regular period even when I increase my training! I have gotten so much out of my time with Lexi!

Hi, I'm Lexi

Achieving true “health” really boils down to this:

If your food choices and exercise routine aren’t serving you mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and socially, something needs to change.

Hi, I’m Lexi! I’m a Registered Dietician, Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics, and body-positive facilitator. After spending 4+ years working as a sports dietitian at Princeton University, I witnessed many highly active women struggling with disordered eating, irregular or missing periods, and unhealthy relationships with food and exercise. I realized that I wasn't the only one who had struggled in this area.

As a teenager, I struggled with disordered eating as well and a little too much love for exercise. What started as “being healthy” quickly led to food rules, rigid exercise, and weight fears. After a while, my diet and the active lifestyle I loved were no longer serving the life I wanted for myself or my short and long-term health. Even after healing my relationship with food, I still fought to find the right balance for MY body and life in my twenties.

I’ve been there and I get it. Nutrition science is complex and struggles with food & your body can feel like an unbreakable cycle - but we’re going to change that. I've helped 200+ women find food freedom and there's no reason you can't be next.

My #1 priority when working with clients is meeting you where YOU are and going at a comfortable pace. We will work together to navigate this process based on your needs and concerns and decrease stress along the way.

I’m ready to uncomplicate nutrition right alongside you so you can fuel your body and ALL levels of your life - are you with me?!

How much does the program cost?

How much does the program cost?

The investment for our Fueled.Fit.Balanced. program starts at $1,197. The investment varies depending on how often we’ll meet and whether you work with Lexi or another dietician on her team. We also offer monthly payment plans for as low as $425/month. It is a financial commitment in the short term, but time and again we see clients gain lifelong results and relief from trying to figure everything out on their own - and we truly believe you can, too.

If I am recovering from an eating disorder, can I still join the program?

If I am recovering from an eating disorder, can I still join the program?

We understand that ED recovery is more than just a program. That's why we offer Eating Disorder Recovery Support. Our dietitians are experienced in providing nutrition support during eating disorder recovery, so we recommend that clients seeking ED support work with us outside a program model. That’s why we offer nutrition counseling for Eating Disorder recovery on a per session basis. As part of our work together, we will regularly coordinate with your treatment team and take it session by session to ensure you have the support you need at a most supportive pace.

Not sure which option is the best for you? Schedule a free consultation to discuss your needs and we will help you determine the best fit!

My main goal is to lose weight. Can I expect that kind of result from this program?

My main goal is to lose weight. Can I expect that kind of result from this program?

Maybe. We do not focus on weight changes or weight loss in our work with clients. We work from a health and performance at every size approach and believe that when healthy behaviors are in place, the weight will fall where it is most supportive for the body. However, we understand that the pressure from diet culture and society’s ideals is a very real thing. That is why we will help our clients navigate the pressure of weight and body composition preferences WHILE we work on building healthy habits, optimizing daily fueling, and creating a healthy relationship with food, exercise, and body.

What if I love the progress I’ve made and still feel like I need support once I complete the program?

What if I love the progress I’ve made and still feel like I need support once I complete the program?

Not everyone finds food confidence in a set time frame, and that's okay. We have various options for continuing our work together on a monthly or bi-weekly basis after you complete the program. This allows us to go at a comfortable pace for YOU, which means less stress during the process and better results in the long run!

Picture 3, 6, or 9 months from now with a totally redefined active lifestyle:

Food doesn’t stress you out anymore because you’re not allowing rules or food restrictions to dictate what or when you eat - this makes food enjoyable again, too!

You can spend more time and energy on your relationships, hobbies, work - you know, the more important things - because your brain isn’t wrapped up in macros or calories.

No more constant second-guessing of your food choices, whether you’re looking for a pre-workout meal or eating out at a restaurant.

Improved workouts - more stamina, strength, and overall energy - because you’re giving your body what it needs to perform at its best

Getting rid of gas and bloating for good

A healthy period that comes like clock-work and keeps bones strong (because normal periods = healthy!)

You don’t beat yourself up in your head for taking days off from the gym or guilt-trip yourself into working out when you need rest (in fact, you find that rest days feel GOOD!)

You go about your days and social life without fears around your weight nagging you constantly and influencing your decisions.

In 12 weeks, we’ll lay the foundation for this and empower you with the tools and resources you need to eat, exercise, and live in a way that favors your health, goals, and wellbeing - with plenty of support along the way.

Diets and food rules are out - listening to your body, eating enough, and living a full life are IN.
