Want to live a life that isn’t preoccupied with counting calories, measuring portion sizes, and food confusion?

Fueled. Fit. Balanced.

A program for active women and athletes ready to uncomplicate their relationship with food and confidently fuel their active lifestyle with customized nutrition coaching & counseling.

Say goodbye to diets and food rules for good - it’s time to discover the peace and confidence with food and your body that you deserve.

Food can get confusing. It’s also not fun to deal with fatigue, abnormal periods, and/or poor digestion (hello, gas and bloating).

Does any of that sound familiar? I've been there too.

Let’s just be clear... it’s not your fault.

Between past experiences with food and your body, misleading diet and fitness culture, social media, the Google rabbit hole, and constantly changing trends, eating can get freaking confusing.

Should I eat high protein, low carb, or avoid fat?
Plant-based or meat?
What’s the best pre-workout meal option?
I really want that brownie, but what about...
Why does intuitive eating feel so hard?
Today’s a rest day from the gym so I should eat fewer calories, right?

What happened to the days when you didn’t think twice about what you ate? You can't even remember the last time you enjoyed your favorite foods without guilt second guessing your choice.

You wonder if you could ever get back to the point where pizza doesn’t make you feel guilty, meals aren’t based on how active you were that day, and you trust yourself to not go overboard in the pantry.

But here’s the thing: digging
yourself into a hole with “research” or tracking your calories or macros won’t give you the answers either.

And I think we can both agree that if you're second guessing each choice, feeling crummy, and not seeing results anymore anyway (not to mention your efforts are backfiring entirely with mysterious health complaints)... what’s the point in continuing like this?

Research has shown that as high as 50% of active individuals and athletes are at risk for not meeting their nutritional needs.

First of all, you’re not alone in this struggle:

And what’s worse?

This can create a lot of food confusion and stress around eating. It can even be the cause of low energy availability issues, like irregular or missing periods, constant gas and bloating, fatigue, or mindless snacking episodes.  What's even worse? Not fueling your body properly, related to disordered eating or not, can leave individuals at risk for developing long-term health issues, like fertility, bone, autoimmune, and/or cardiovascular concerns.

Now, this isn’t to scare you, but to inform so that you can learn to fuel your active lifestyle with absolute confidence, optimize your workouts and fitness level, AND feel your best both physically AND mentally. You deserve to live and train at your highest potential, enjoy food again, and have plenty of brain space to think about the other priorities in your life. Trust me, you don't have to give up one for the other.

This risk increases the more active you are.

This is exactly why I created my signature Fueled.Fit.Balanced Program. This program was built to help active women and athletes just like you ditch the diet overwhelm and achieve complete confidence in fueling their body WITHOUT rigid diets, food rules, or mysterious health complaints.

HERE’S What We cover…

Step 1 is a deep dive into your current habits, what’s working, and what’s not. Through food journals, a diet and symptoms analysis, and coaching, we determine the best steps for YOU on our journey together and create a individualized plan.

1. Fuel & Optimize

2. Embrace Food, Body & Exercise Freedom

The mindset created by fitness and diet culture can often hold us back from reaching optimal health and performance. Together, we’ll work to shift your food, exercise, and/or your body mindset so you can break free from any thoughts or habits that aren't actually serving you. We take this work ONE STEP AT A TIME because this is not an overnight process. By giving you the right tools and knowledge, you will develop more confidence with your choices and dismantle misleading beliefs for a healthier approach to your habits and body.

3. Discover Your Intuition

You have the power to listen to your body and what it wants. Now that we’ve created a strong foundation, we’ll work on what it means to make intuitive decisions around food, exercise, and your body - especially when it comes to your active lifestyle. We’ll use activities to help you trust your body and apply intuitive eating principles to your everyday life.

- Intuitive Eating: Get rid of disordered eating, food rules and/or chronic dieting.

- Hormone Health: For active women looking to fix missing or irregular periods.

- Gut health: For individuals struggling with gas, bloating, or chronic IBS.

This program gave me a clearer, and healthier perspective on food — shifting my perspective from false information I have heard or read in the past. It is also helpful how you are willing to help me overcome certain fear foods together, rather than making me do it alone — I really appreciate and love that. Keeping in contact through messages is also a big plus, because I know you are always there if I have any questions or need anything — rather than waiting for the following session. Basically, everything is just perfect and I wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you for everything that you do.

I really loved how personalized this program was to my needs. I enjoyed working on things outside of just food related stuff, like body image, increasing my energy/focus, and my mindset around exercise to help re-train the way that I think or feel about my life.

Nutrition can be easier and food less scary if you (1) get educated and (2) have a champion who has more confidence in you than you do! This program gave me the wellness “therapist” I needed - a listening ear, a coach who gently pushes me, and an expert who checks my assumptions and negative thinking.

Lexi is an amazing resource to heal attachments to food and exercise. This program was so helpful in my journey to healing my disordered eating. I’m so grateful I signed up!

Lexi is amazing!!!!!!!!!! She is so kind, intelligent, straightforward, and actually HELPS. Lexi is open to what you would like to accomplish and tailors this program based on what your goals/needs are. Lexi broke things down for me in a way that changed my outlook on certain nutritional concepts as a female athlete. Not only do I feel more energized, but I’m finally able to get a regular period even when I increase my training! I have gotten so much out of my time with Lexi!

Hi, I'm Lexi

Achieving true “health” really boils down to this:

If your food choices and exercise routine aren’t serving you mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and socially, something needs to change.

Hi, I’m Lexi! I’m a Registered Dietician and Certified Sports Dietitian. After spending 4+ years working as the sports dietitian at Princeton University, I witnessed many highly active women struggling with food confusion, mysterious health issues (like irregular or missing periods), and unhealthy relationships with food. I realized that I wasn't the only one who had struggled in this area.

As an avid runner, I struggled for a time with disordered eating as well and a little too much love for exercise. What started as “being healthy” quickly led to food rules, rigid exercise, and weight fears. After a while, my diet and the active lifestyle I loved were no longer serving the life I wanted for myself or my short and long-term health. Even after healing my relationship with food, I still fought to find the right balance of food and exercise for MY body and life in my twenties.

I’ve been there and I get it. Nutrition is complex and struggles with food & your body can feel like an unbreakable cycle - but we’re going to change that. I've helped hundreds of women find food freedom and there's no reason you can't be next.

My #1 priority when working with clients is meeting you where YOU are and going at a comfortable pace. We will work together to navigate this process based on your needs and concerns and decrease stress along the way.

I’m ready to uncomplicate your nutrition right alongside you so you can eat with confidence and fuel your body and ALL areas of your life - are you with me?!

If I am recovering from an eating disorder, can I still join the program?

If I am recovering from an eating disorder, can I still join the program?

We understand that ED recovery is more than just a program. That's why we offer Eating Disorder Recovery Support. Our dietitians are experienced in providing nutrition support during eating disorder recovery, so we recommend that clients seeking ED support work with us outside a program model.

That’s why we offer nutrition counseling for Eating Disorder recovery on a per session basis. As part of our work together, we will regularly coordinate with your treatment team and take it session by session to ensure you have the support you need at a most supportive pace.

Not sure which option is the best for you? Schedule a free consultation to discuss your needs and we will help you determine the best fit!

My main goal is to lose weight. Can I expect that kind of result from this program?

My main goal is to lose weight. Can I expect that kind of result from this program?

Maybe. We do not focus on weight changes or weight loss in our work with clients. We work from a health and performance at every size approach and believe that when healthy behaviors are in place, the weight will fall where it is most supportive for the body.

However, we understand that the pressure from diet culture and society’s ideals is a very real thing. That is why we will help our clients navigate the pressure of weight and body composition preferences WHILE we work on building healthy habits, optimizing daily fueling, and creating a healthy relationship with food, exercise, and body.

What if I love the progress I’ve made and still feel like I need support once I complete the program?

What if I love the progress I’ve made and still feel like I need support once I complete the program?

Not everyone finds food confidence in a set time frame, and that's okay. We have various options for continuing our work together on a monthly or bi-weekly basis after you complete the program. This allows us to go at a comfortable pace for YOU, which means less stress during the process and better results in the long run!

Picture 3, 6, or 9 months from now with  TOTAL FOOD CONFIDENCE:

Food doesn’t stress you out anymore because you’re not allowing rules or food restrictions to dictate what or when you eat - this makes food enjoyable again, too!

You can spend more time and energy on your relationships, hobbies, work - you know, the more important things - because your brain isn’t wrapped up in macros or calories.

No more constant second-guessing of your food choices, whether you’re looking for a pre-workout meal or eating out at a restaurant.

Improved workouts - more stamina, strength, and overall energy - because you’re giving your body what it needs to perform at its best

Getting rid of gas and bloating for good

A healthy period that comes like clock-work and keeps bones strong (because normal periods = healthy!)

You don’t beat yourself up in your head for taking days off from the gym or guilt-trip yourself into working out when you need rest (in fact, you find that rest days feel GOOD!)

You go about your days and social life without fears around your weight nagging you constantly and influencing your decisions.

In just 12 weeks, we’ll lay the foundation for all of the above and empower you to eat, exercise, and live in a way that favors your health, fitness, AND life - with plenty of support along the way.

Diets and food rules are out - listening to your body, A healthy relationship with food, and living a full life are IN.
