Nutrition Coaching & Counseling

I help my clients implement a highly personalized nutrition and lifestyle approach so they can stop overthinking food, eat with confidence, and enjoy food and life more. 

High level 1:1 support through nutrition counseling and coaching is available for disordered eating, sports nutrition, RED-S recovery, intuitive eating, and digestion and hormone related concerns. Nutrition counseling for eating disorder recovery is also available.

Successful nutrition requires a commitment to ensure long-term sustainable results. With this in mind, I create individualized programs for my clients to help ensure success and lasting results.

Since your success is so important, each program requires at least a 12 week commitment to start. How often we meet will vary based on your needs and what you're looking for. At the end of our work together, continuation options that feature special pricing for continuing and returning clients are available. 

Individualized Programs

  • Support: Nutrition coaching and support with an RD with 10+ years of experience.

  • Individualized Guidance: Plans, goals, and lessons that are completely individualized to your specific needs, preferences,  history, and lifestyle

  • Sessions: (1) 60-minute onboarding session and 45-minute follow-up sessions, spaced out depending on your needs.

  • Chat Support: 24/7 dietitian access between sessions to ask questions, voice concerns, and seek support and guidance, as needed.

  • Check-Ins: weekly communication to share updates, celebrate wins, and address any concerns or questions that come up for you during the week.

  • Bloodwork review: Detailed feedback with supplement recommendations (when appropriate)





  • Food Journaling (optional): a section of the client portal where you can upload pictures or free text your intake to be given weekly supportive feedback and comments to help apply what you’re learning.

  • Easy Meal Planning (optional): Written meal guidance to help you adequately fuel your body WITHOUT the burden of calorie or macro counting

  • Bonus Resources: Access to client-only resources, like recipe guides, handouts, videos, and more

  • Sports Nutrition Guidance: Strategies, food/product ideas, and recommendations to optimize your active lifestyle and training

  • Collaboration (as needed) with your healthcare and/or training team

In this 90-minute session, we'll do a deep dive into your habits, symptoms, health, and goals. You'll walk away from our time together with a better understanding of your diet and body, along with detailed steps, food lists, and strategies to help you achieve the outcomes you're looking for.

These intensives are ideal for guidance on a current nutrition concern, performance or sports nutrition, or for a general review of your diet and most recent lab work.

Nutrition Counseling for Eating Disorders

Eating disorders often go deeper than simply not eating enough or avoiding certain foods, which is why they must be addressed with great care, empathy, and professional knowledge.

With this in mind, we offer nutrition support for eating disorder recovery through ongoing 1-on-1 sessions. We specialize in nutrition counseling for a variety of eating and exercise disorders, including anorexia nervosa, orthorexia, eating disorders in athletes, exercise dependence, body dysmorphia, and body image concerns.

Our goal is to give you the tools, skills, and confidence to work through recovery and maintain it long after our work together.

Inclusions:

Ongoing 1:1 sessions where we explore your food and weight fears and what's holding you back. Sessions are scheduled at a frequency based on your needs and where you are in your recovery.
24/7 access to our client portal for easy communication of questions, wins, and concerns. 
As experienced providers, we also work with your interdisciplinary team (with your permission) to coordinate your care on a regular basis and ensure quality, individualized care specific to your needs.

What does an initial session look like and how long will we work together?

What Happens in an Initial Session?

During our 60-minute initial session, we’ll do a deep dive into your eating history and what’s been holding you back. Then, we’ll talk about your big picture goals, what success will look like for you, and identify specific areas of nutrition that we’ll work on together in future sessions. From there, we will set 1-3 goals to get you going before our next session. In 90-minute intensives, you will be provided 3-5 detailed goals with detailed strategies at the end of our time together that you can implement on your own. 

When working together, you'll learn about non-diet nutrition concepts, like intuitive eating, sports nutrition, digestion and hormone health, and much more to help you understand the reasoning and benefits behind the goals that we set. You’ll walk away from our sessions or intensive with clear steps to start making positive changes to your mindset and behaviors.

Because your success is so important to me, I require that all clients seeking individualized support beyond a Nutrition Intensive prepare to commit to at least 6 weeks of work together.

Due to the various ways that we work with clients, we ask that you set up a free consult  to discuss your individual needs and how we can work together. This way, we can have everything figured out prior to your initial session. For these consults, we block out 30 minutes but often don’t need that much time to discuss logistics and get you started!
